Our Story

Hayley's Catering started in the 1990's. After school, she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food & Nutrition from Manchester University. Her love of food and creating taste sensations had begun. A traveller at heart, she came to Australia for adventure and has never left. As a former food buyer for Marks & Spencer, she started in the David Jones Food Section as National Gourmet Food and Hamper Buyer. Having become familiar with local produce and the hospitality industry, Hayley decided to start a business from her passion and Hayley Turner Creative Entertaining was born. Along the way, she gathered five years more experience as the Wedding and Function Manager at The Royal Motor Yacht Club, Newport.
Hayley now specialises in bespoke catering for a wide range of  events. These include milestone birthdays, wedding receptions, dinner parties, and corporate events, celebrations of life and children's parties. She is a master of creating unique cakes as you can see in the Food Gallery.
